Parents and Friends
Welcome to the Jubilee P&F Association
The association meets generally in the second week of each month during school term in the Foundation Pastors Meeting Room at the Jubilee Centre (school hall). We hold day and night meetings with the night meetings held at 7:00pm on Tuesdays. The meetings times are published in the school newsletter and run for up to two hours. The meetings are friendly, informative and inclusive. Everyone in the Jubilee community is welcome to attend and we look forward to seeing you there.
Attending meetings
As a parent or carer of a child at Jubilee, you are automatically a member of the Jubilee P&F Association. Attending the meetings is a great way to be part of a community and an information and support network. It is also a great way to be involved in your child’s education through having a say in general matters of the school and working together in enhancing the education experience of your child.
Volunteering to help
Another way to be involved is through joining one of the association’s sub-committees which coordinate activities ranging from social, pastoral, fundraising and parent information. Please see the P&F Initiatives document below and contact the activity coordinator if you wish to help out. Alternatively you can contact any of the P&F Executive Committee members.
Keeping informed
You can also be involved by simply keeping updated with issues discussed and decided on at each meeting. This information can be found in the Previous Minutes section below or by asking an Executive Committee member who will gladly fill you in. You can also stay informed by watching for the Agenda published in the school newsletter. If you wish to add an item to the agenda, please contact the Executive Committee.
Each and every parent has their own unique skills and capacity in supporting their children in school. Whatever your contribution, it will be valued. The P&F Executive Committee look forward to meeting you and are always available to say hello to should you see us around the school, or be contacted via the details below should the need arise.
